  • External standards include those defined by other entities such as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WC3), Web 2.0 Guidelines, American Disabilities Act (ADA), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), and International Standards Organization (ISO) 9000.
  • Internal standards are those defined by the Four Star team for internal controls – these are all based on CMMI and ISO 9000 standards. They include our company Quality Process Plan for quality assurance, standardized design and development processes for all teams, programming code library, test plans and tracking tools, and other related processes.
