FOUR STAR ASSOCIATES CORP was founded in San Diego, California in 1999 as a professional partnership of former senior military officers and other professionals. The founders are (Lieutenant Colonel, US Army, RET); General (US Army, RET) and Lieutenant General (US Army, RET). Today, the company is composed of former military officers and men, engineers and other specialists.
